By accessing or using the Aisbe platform (aisbe.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Aisbe is operated by AI for Small Business Empowerment. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Aisbe provides AI-powered business analytics tools for small businesses, including cost optimization (SmartCost), cash flow monitoring (CashGuard), workforce scheduling (FlowOptic), and educational content (LearnEasy). Our mission is to empower small business owners with data-driven insights to reduce costs and improve operations.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind a business entity.
• One account per business entity unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent business data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform.

Aisbe provides AI-generated insights and recommendations based on data you provide. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Aisbe's suggestions. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals for significant financial decisions.

You retain full ownership of all business data you input into Aisbe. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your data, and you may export or delete it at any time.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

Aisbe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aisbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, though you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
