AI for Small Business Empowerment (“Aisbe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our websites, web application at aisbe.io, or Aisbe mobile applications.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Business data: industry type, monthly expenses, employee count, revenue estimates, and financial transactions you enter or upload.
• Usage data: how you interact with our platform, features used, and pages visited.
• Communications: messages sent through our AI chat, support requests, and feedback.
• AI-directed inputs when you authorize those features (mobile or web): text you type into Talk to AI and AI Insights workflows, transcripts or payloads produced from uploads you attach for AI analysis, short audio snippets you submit where voice transcription is enabled, contextual business identifiers we attach automatically so replies fit your workspace, and conversational context used only to formulate answers.

• Provide AI-powered cost analysis, cash flow predictions, and business insights.
• Send designated personal or business information to subprocessors Together AI or Groq when you expressly enable AI interactions, strictly to generate language outputs or transcripts you request.
• Generate personalized recommendations through SmartCost, CashGuard, FlowOptic, and LearnEasy modules.
• Send you daily business briefs and cash flow alerts (with your consent).
• Improve our platform, algorithms, and user experience.
• Communicate important updates about our service.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest. Your data is stored on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure provided by Supabase with row-level security enabled, ensuring only you can access your business data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• With AI subprocessors named under AI processing and third-party processors (currently Together AI and Groq) solely to operate chat responses and speech-to-text, as described there.
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• In aggregated, anonymized form for research purposes to advance small business empowerment.

Certain features send personal or business information to third-party AI processors so that they can return language output or speech-to-text on our behalf. Data flows from your device to infrastructure Aisbe operates, then—only after you provide in-product consent—to Together AI for large language model inference and to Groq when you submit audio for transcription. You can decline AI features and continue using other areas of the product; no AI routing occurs until you agree to the disclosure shown at the point of use (for example the Talk to AI tab gate, AI Insights prompt, or equivalent).

• Categories typically transmitted: chat text, conversation context used to answer you, business fields linked to your account, text or metadata extracted from files you upload for AI review, and audio submitted solely for transcription.
• Aisbe uses the information to authenticate requests, route traffic, apply safety controls, log support issues, and store chat history as described elsewhere in this Policy.
• Together AI receives only the payloads required to run inference for chat replies and AI-generated summaries or insights you trigger.
• Groq receives short audio recordings only when you activate voice input for transcription.
• We do not grant Together AI or Groq permission to use your content for training public, general-purpose foundation models. Their agreements require them to process data only to deliver the services we purchase, implement reasonable security measures, and handle data in a manner consistent with the commitments in this Policy and applicable law.

If we add or replace an AI subprocessor, we will update this Policy and request fresh consent inside the app or site where required by law or platform rules.

• Access: You can view all your data through the platform at any time.
• Export: You can export your data as PDF reports.
• Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of email notifications at any time through Settings.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
