Aisbe uses AI to help small business owners understand business data, organize operational information, and surface possible next steps. AI outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or other regulated advice.

Aisbe routes certain personal and business information you provide to third-party processors so they can return AI output: Together AI performs large language model inference for Ask AI and insights; Groq converts voice audio to text when you opt into voice input.

Before transmission, the product discloses the categories of information that may leave your device (for example prompts, conversation context, workspace fields, text from files you upload, or audio for transcription), identifies each recipient, and requests your permission. Nothing is sent until you agree to that disclosure—in the mobile app this includes the Talk to AI gate, follow-up system confirmation, and analogous prompts for AI Insights.

Our Privacy Policy expands on collection, use, retention, security, and the contractual protections we require from Together AI, Groq, and other service providers.

Your use of Aisbe does not create an accountant-client, attorney-client, tax advisor-client, investment advisor-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship. Aisbe is not a licensed accounting, legal, tax, investment advisory, payroll, lending, insurance, or financial services provider.

AI-generated summaries, forecasts, recommendations, classifications, schedules, and suggested records may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them, saving records, changing schedules, making purchases, changing staffing, filing taxes, entering contracts, or making financial or operational decisions.

You should consult a qualified accountant, attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, HR professional, or other licensed professional before making decisions with legal, tax, financial, employment, regulatory, or business-critical consequences.

Aisbe outputs depend on the information you provide, connected data sources, model behavior, and assumptions used at the time of generation. If your business data is incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed, the resulting AI output may also be incomplete or inaccurate.

You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and for complying with laws, tax rules, employment obligations, accounting requirements, contracts, and regulations that apply to your business.
