How long does "free at launch" last?
Through our public launch and the months following. When paid tiers go live, we'll announce them in-app at least 30 days in advance — switching to a paid plan will always be opt-in, never automatic. A free tier will remain available; exact long-term limits will be set transparently before any change.
What about the AI request limits?
Accounts use the Free tier with internal metering: about 50 chat-style requests per day (rolling), while heavier actions (e.g. large analysis) consume more of your monthly pool. Attachments share a fair-use upload throttle (30 uploads / 15 min). Premium will raise the pool when paid checkout goes live; we'll give 30 days' notice before any paid change.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
Free has no commitment to cancel. Once paid tiers launch, downgrading back to Free is a one-click action from Settings, and you keep all your historical data — transactions, employees, schedules, AI chats — intact.
How is Aisbe funded today?
Right now we're self-funded by our founder plus small donations and partnerships. Subscriptions and a Kickstarter will follow after launch — see About for the full picture.
Is my business data safe?
Your data lives in your account on Supabase (encrypted at rest, row-level isolation). We never sell or share it, and you can export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
